Outline of the Day
Parents must wait with their child in the playground until a member of staff comes and collects the.
Key Stage 2 (Yr3 -6): Children may arrive for morning sport from 8am. All children should be on the playground by 8.40am ready to line up, at 8.45am, when the whistle is blown.
Children can be left in the playground from 8am as long as parents are confident that they will not try and leave the school site. Parents are welcome to wait with their children until the whistle goes at 8.45am.
Breakfast Service: We offer a free breakfast service for all children and parents in The Studio which is in the Key Stage 2 playground. This runs from 8 – 8.30am every day. Children in KS 2 can attend on their own. Children in Nursery to Year 2 can attend with an adult. Adults and children are welcome to a free breakfast.
Morning Sports: Children in Key Stage 2 (Years 3 – 6) are invited to attend morning sports every day from 8am. These sessions are free and there is no need to complete an application form. Children can join in anytime from 8am. There is not a member of staff at the gate until 8.35am so please do not leave your child in the playground unattended until you are certain that they will not try and leave the school site.
Children who arrive after doors have closed must come in through the office, sign in on the screen. Please bring your child to the office & ensure you sign them in.
In the morning please telephone the school as early as possible on 020 8568 3971, to let us know if your child is absent or going to be late for any reason.
At the end of the day please let us know if you are running late and please note, after 3.30pm, children will usually be booked into Aftercare, where you will be liable to pay fees.
If your child is booked in for a club but they do not attend for any reason you must let the office know.
School Uniform
Our school uniform rules are:-
- Plain black or grey skirt, dress, trousers or shorts or a green and white summer dress
- Plain white t-shirt, shirt or polo shirt
- Plain white, black or grey hijab
- Plain black shoes (shoelaces must be black too)
- White, black or grey socks or tights
- Green Dragon jumper or a plain green or grey jumper
- No jewellery apart from analogue watches
- All long hair must be tied up every day
- No nail varnish
- No very short hair, tram lines in hair or hairstyles that are extreme please – if in doubt, check before you take your child to the barbers/hairdressers
- P.E. Kit plain black shorts, plain white t-shirt and a pair of plimsolls or trainers (Rec—Yr6)
